No. NEVER! Meiling is Paris’ Miniature Pinscher. She is the brand ambassador for Velvet 59. She would never allow any of her furry or feathered friends to be used for cosmetic testing. Our brand moto is, “If it harms an animal or a child, it’s not real beauty.”

That’s easy! Just open up your cart and when you are ready to complete your order click the “Place your Order” button. Then type your coupon code in the box that says “discount” and click the “apply” button.

Shipping / Order Information

     

      1.  How much does shipping cost?

          Standard shipping costs for orders within the US: $6.00

          All orders within the US over $50 ship FREE!

          Standard shipping costs for all orders made outside of the US: $20.00

 

      2.  Something is missing from my order / My order was incorrect!

          We're happy to help fix this – contact customer service by sending an email to: support@velvet59.com

 

      3.  How do I know if my order was placed?

 Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address. associated with your account within 24-48 hours.  A link will also be included with tracking information to check the status of your order.

 

      4.  How do change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at support@velvet59.com immediately after placing your order.  Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents or cancel your order.  We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

     

     5. International Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes. Any local taxes or duties incurred by the import of our product to your country is the responsibility of you the customer.

 

Return Policy

 

You can return any item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order, including sale items.

· Product must be in unopened and unused condition

· To return an item you must email support@velvet59.com with the subject

· We will refund the price you purchased your item at, including sale items back to your original payment method.

· All goods will be inspected on return.

· We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us on accident.
